The Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) is an international project to support inventions, innovations and start-up projects, launched by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which functions within the structure of the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations, and provides services on intellectual property and innovation activities.
