Ternopil State Medical University Have Received a Commendation for the Project “East and West Belong Together”

In August in Ternopil State Medical University the project “East and West Belong Together” was implemented at the instigation of the Rector Professor Mykhailo Korda. More than 20 students from Donetsk and Luhansk medical universities participated in it. The last academic year was very difficult for these universities. It was a surprise for young people from East to spend holidays in the Educational and Recreative Center of TSMU “Chervona Kalyna”. The programme was full of surprises: 4 tours, a photo quest, trivial competitions, premedical assistance courses, psychological trainings and other interesting things. Recently, 12 students of M.Gorky Donetsk National Medical University completed a Premedical Assistance Course at the Academic and Research Institute of Nursing of Ternopil Medical University. The students had a chance to meet their friends (Premedical Assistance Course).

The DNMU Rector Professor Yurii Dumanskyi expressed profound gratitude to the TSMU Rector Professor Mykhailo Korda for the support to the Donetsk university students.
