Ternopil State Medical University student of nursing will take part in the Erasmus+ exchange program

On January 31, 2018 third-year students of TSMU Bachelor’s Program in Nursing took part in a selection process for Erasmus+   student exchange program to study in Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Vocational Education in Biala Podlaska (Poland) in 2018 spring semester.

Selection committee consisting of professor AG Shulhai, associate professor N Lisnychuk, associate professor SO Yastremska, AI Masstalir, assistant professor TA Kovalchuk, and assistant professor MY Kichulya has reviewed applications that had satisfied the following criteria:

academic achievement (GPA certificate);

polish language proficiency at a level allowing to fully understand the theoretical and practical aspects of classes and communicate with teachers and fellow students;

high professional motivation;

participation in international programs;

extracurricular work.

Members of the committee carefully reviewed CVs and documents submitted by the students and interviewed each applicant to assess their professional and personal motivation for a semester of training abroad.

Vice-rector for scientific and academic work professor AG Shulhai announced the results of the competition. Olha Vasyliivna Zdyrko, a third-year student, will study in Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Vocational Education in Biala Podlaska.
