Ternopil State Medical University students organized a charity event and sports festival “Let’s give back happy childhood to children with cancer”
Charity and sports festival Let’s give back happy childhood to children with cancer was held on June 26, 2016 with the support of Ternopil State Medical University and Ternopil City Council. “The event aims to help kids with cancer. The goal of the event is to spread awareness that an oncology diagnosis does not have to be a life sentence. The disease is challenging to fight. It is a challenge for parents who are fighting for the health of their children; for doctors who, despite all kinds of difficulties often get a positive outcome; and all those people that help kids at every stage of the disease.”
“Only by our combining efforts we can cure this grave illness, create positive change and bring back happy childhood to those who relentlessly fight for their life “- told manager of the project Let’s give back happy childhood to children with cancer Tetiana Dzetsiukh.
Festival organizers would like to thank all the partners of the festival, especially Roman Sasanchyn who was among the first to respond to the call.
