The participants were greeted by the head of the organization Vasyl Kniazevych. In his speech, he noted: “I am extremely pleased that 10 years after we made this award the highest moral acknowledgment of physicians, it has gained a new life and prestige that will grow. The goal I pursued was to restore confidence in the award as a fair selection of the best, to restore trust in the medical profession, trust in one another. I am proud of the selection system that is the basis of this trust, I am proud of the winners who return trust to a doctor in society, I am proud of the team that embodies this trust”.
