The event was aimed to gather active young people, who are involved in public life and share the European experience in organizing of international youth projects. The National Youth Council was a facilitator and partner of Ukrainian team. International youth organizations, including OFAJ, Roudel, EuropaDirekt, Haus der Deutsch-Polnischen Zusammenarbeit were also its international partners. 6 members were delegated from each participating country (Poland, France, Germany and Ukraine). The first two modules of the training were held in Germany and France, the other two – in Poland and Kyiv.

“Two weeks of the first two stages of the French-German-Polish-Ukrainian training for instructors of international youth projects in Germany and France passed very fast. A friendly and warm atmosphere was around and we had everything necessary for the job. During that time, international teams became like one big family. We easily communicated with our foreign colleagues from the very beginning and shared experience in participation and arrangement of various projects.

During this training we gained encouragement to learn and self-improve for further implementation of ideas, to challenge stereotypes, standards and templates, to reform inefficient system and achieve new goals. We have more desire to work on new projects, create something meaningful and significant and seek new outlook. We also understand that it is very important to support youth international cooperation, to develop cultural authenticity of our countries and share experience. These exchange programmes and trainings provide young people with practical fundamental for new prospects and opportunities”, Iryna Pidhaina said.
