The Students of TSMU Kept Medical Watch during the Elections
On October 25 the Students of Ternopil State Medical University, who are the assistants of rapid response team of regional organization “Red Cross”, performed their duties during the local elections. The rising doctors were at the alert during the whole day.
In the morning the young people were “patrolling”. At first they went around all electoral precincts in Ternopil.
The students of TSMU noted that there were no emergencies during their watch, but some citizens complained of malaise, 6 people complained of high or low blood pressure, 2 people complained of headaches. The assistants of the rapid response team administered first aid and advised on health protection. The day passed quietly, but rapid response team was alert at all times.
