TNMU “Box of Courage” Project Aims to Give Joy and Support to Sick Children

On November 22, 2022, students of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University, Daryna Kaminska, Ilona Novakivska, Umer Salam, Liubov Zamoiska presented gifts to young patients of the haematology department of the Ternopil City Children’s Hospital within the “Box of Courage” project.

This project has been running at our university for 6 years. In order to collect funds for gifts for children, a charity T-shirt painting workshop was held. Toys, board games, colouring books, and stationery were purchased for small patients.

The medical staff of the haematology department, children and their parents express their appreciation to everyone who participated in this action, as well as to the project coordinator Olena Volodymyrivna Pokryshko.
