11 students of the Faculty of Medicine took part in the Olympiad.

The event included the assessment of both theoretical knowledge of the subject, the ability to use it to solve complex problems, and practical skills, which were assessed during an interview with a real patient.

The Olympiad was held in three stages. In the first stage, students had to describe the patient’s mental status and demonstrate their communicative skills in a conversation with the patient. In the second stage, the participants answered questions aimed at testing the depth of their knowledge, and in the third stage they solved a crossword puzzle with psychiatric terms.

Jury members objectively evaluated the students’ theoretical and practical skills and identified those who demonstrated the best knowledge and abilities.

According to the results of the Olympiad, the best knowledge was demonstrated by: Ivan Pryshliak (MM-508), who took first place. The second place was awarded to Bohdan Avdieiev (MM-614).
