TNMU Students Taught Ternopil Schoolchildren how to Support Mental Health

During a month, the implementation of the educational project “Mental Health” was carried on in Ternopil schools. The project was organised by the third-year students of TNMU Faculty of Medicine Ilona Kohut, Yuliana Saiuk, Maksym Kaleniuk (MM-303).

One of the directions of this project is the support of mental health during the war. Students read lectures for schoolchildren of different age categories.

The purpose of the lectures is to spread information about the importance of taking care of mental health, promoting a better understanding of our emotions, the ability to help overcome anxiety, panic attacks and anxiety states.
