TNMU Volunteer Centre Received a Thermal Imaging Camera

On August 15, 2022, representatives of the volunteer movement “Misericordia” handed over a thermal imaging camera for the needs of our defenders to the Volunteer Centre of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. They also brought medicine and medical supplies. The equipment for the military and medicines were purchased by representatives of the public organization in Mysłowice “Stowarzyszenie Inicjatyw Lokalnych Nasze Mysłowice”. Support for our defenders in the Republic of Poland is provided by Iwona Zimniak and Mr. Przemysław.

The logistics of this humanitarian aid was provided by Taras Kadobnyi, TNMU Associate Professor. “In total, Polish supporters donated four thermal imagers. We gave one of them to the TNMU Volunteer Сentre, as its representatives actively help our soldiers and know where this device will be needed most of all. We gave two thermal imagers to Father Yevhenii Vlokh, chaplain of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who directly brings aid to our defenders to the front lines. And one more thermal imager will be handed over to the public organization “Kozatsko-desantnyi rii”, Taras Kadobnyi said.

The Rector of TNMU, Professor Mykhailo Korda assured that the device will be given to the military, who are currently in the zone of the fiercest battles. The head of the university thanked the supporters and young volunteers for their work.
