TNMU Volunteer Centre Sent Humanitarian Aid to the Hospital on the Front Line

The Volunteer Centre of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University has not stopped its activities for a single day since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. We continue to provide our defenders, military hospitals and clinics with the necessary medicines, medical supplies and others.

Last week, on September 9, 2022, volunteers of the Centre collected and sent a large amount of humanitarian aid to one of the hospitals of the frontline city, where many soldiers and civilians are being rescued today. Arnoud Michel from France was engaged in the delivery of this cargo.

In everyday life, Mr. Arnoud is a civilian pilot. The situation in Ukraine prompted him to come to our country and help Ukrainians fight against the Russian invaders. He came to our country in March this year. At first, he helped people on the border who were fleeing the war, and then he transported goods from the rear cities to the places where the battles were taking place. In the summer, he returned to France to fulfil his professional duty, but with the onset of autumn he came to Ukraine again (you can read more about Arnoud’s volunteer activities on this page: https://www.facebook.com/Des-Vivres-pour- LUkraine-Goods-for-Ukraine-104157928989771).
We express our heartfelt appreciation to our French friend, who willingly helps us overcome the enemy.
