TNMU Volunteers Help JFO Fighters

I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University continues collecting the necessary products for our compatriots who serve in the region of Joint Forces Operation. On November 7-8, humanitarian aid was transfer once again.

The joint efforts of the university teachers, students, management and administration allow supporting the fighters not only with the most necessary things, such as food, basic necessities, but also, of course, with medicines. These efforts are noted of course. Every time the soldiers receive a targeted humanitarian cargo, they feel our love and support for them, as well as the great responsibility that lies on them to preserve the territorial integrity and future of our country.

“Today’s assistance to the East is not the first and not the last,” says Marta Rudenko, the Head of the Centre for Educational Work and Cultural Development of TNMU. “Together with Maria Shestopalko, an active representative of the volunteer corps of our city, we have been collecting parcels and funds for our brave and courageous soldiers for several years. Last week, we received information that some crews no longer had food, so we had to take efforts immediately.”

The soldiers cannot imagine their military everyday life without volunteer help. On the front line it is very awaited. It’s like a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine from the peaceful side.

The organizers thank the management and administration of the university for their support and assistance, the management of PJSC “Ternopil Dairy” for the transfer of products of TM “Molokiia“, all teachers and students and other contributors, people with a sincere heart who helped implement the plan.

Today, the next task is to provide our soldiers with food, medicine, winter clothes, shoes and heating supplies. Weather conditions are worsening and the first frosts should not interfere the conscientious service of our soldiers. Together – we will win!
