TSMU Choir continues its charitable work

We previously wrote that Ternopil State Medical University choir donated to several items Ternopil hospice, including 3 bedside toilets and 10 sets of bed linen. (More here: https://www.tdmu.edu.ua/en/2017/03/02/members-of-tsmu-choir-gave-charity-help-to-ternopil-hospice/). However, this was only the first step in the philanthropy efforts of our choristers.

On Monday 13 March, representatives of the choir completed the second part of charitable giving  to medical facilities. They purchased a refrigerator as well as nebulizers and IV stands for the pediatric hematology department of city hospital. Our artistic teachers and students handed the goods to the manager and staff of this department. They also wished the little patients quick recovery.

During New Year and Christmas holidays the choristers performed traditional carols, and collected a considerable amount of donations, more than 20 thousand hryvnas. All of the money is allocated for charity, in particular helping medical facilities that need it the most.
