TSMU students took part in the scientific society conference of Pomorsk Medical University
University Student Scientific Society of Pomorsk Medical Universityon March 16-18, 2018 organized its third international conference in Szczecin, Republic of Poland. Ternopil State Medical University was represented at this meeting by 2nd-year students Piotrek Ostrowski, Emmanuel Mweemba Moonga, Konrad Kopec, Karan Dixit, Noble Appah, Octawia Gleba and a 3rd-year student Brian Aryeequaye-Addy.
This scientific meeting has brought together university lecturers, doctors, and medical students engaged in scientific research. Everyone had the opportunity to share new scientific developments, the results of their work, and to exchange ideas. TSMU students note that for them it was an important experience communicating with professors, practitioners and the next generation medical professionals of Poland. Dean of the International Students’ Faculty, Professor Petro Selskyi also attended the meeting, supporting the students. He had the opportunity to speak with the leadership of Pomorsk Medical University about perspective cooperation between our two universities.
In addition to participating in the scientific program, our students toured the city of Szczecin.
