TSMU staff delivered yet another humanitarian shipment form Canada to military hospitals

Former TSMU employees Bohdan Boichuk and Nadiia Arkhipova continue providing humanitarian medical assistance to Ukrainian hospitals. Today they live and work in Canada, but always keep in their thoughts those in need in their homeland. The most recent shipment of humanitarian aid they have sent contained medical supplies and was designated to the Lviv Military Hospital to cover the needs of its surgical and rehabilitation departments, as well as to the military unit A4615 hospital in Dnipro. A team of Ternopil State Medical University doctors brought outpatient care to children in rural area

A team of pediatric doctors from Ternopil State Medical University have visited little patients in the village Uvysla. Assistant professors of pediatric diseases and pediatric surgery Tamara Vorontsova (team leader), Liubov Volianska, Vira Synytska, Pavlo Hoshchynskyi, assistant professor of otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology and neurosurgery Kateryna Aleksevych and neurologist Volodymyr Musienko examined the children and consulted their parents. Ternopil State Medical University professor gave lectures to students of Wroclaw Medical University

Head of Ternopil State Medical University department of childhood diseases and pediatric surgery professor Oksana Boyarchuk on 19-25 March 2017 visited Wroclaw Medical University as a part of academic exchange program ERASMUS + Staff Mobility for Teaching. The visit took place at the Department and Hospital of Clinical Immunology and Pediatrics and in Hospital Pediatrics and Infectious diseases. Ternopil State Medical University supported launching the Diabetes School

On February 23, 2017 Children’ Diabetes School Opened in Ternopil Regional Children’s Hospital. This is a joint project of the hospital and Ternopil State Medical University. Ternopil State Medical University researchers won a grant for a project on primary immune deficiencies
