Lecture on Regenerative Medicine by Researchers from Kiel University (Great Britain) Was Delivered to TNMU Scientists
Another lecture from the series of lectures by scientists of the University of Keele (Great Britain), devoted to topical issues of regenerative medicine, cell technologies and cell-free therapy in clinical and experimental medicine, was delivered on June 6, 2023 at TNMU online.

Dr. Charlotte Hulme (Keele University, UK), Lecturer in Regenerative Medicine, Lecturer (E&S) Program Director Masters in Medical Science, delivered the lecture “Biomarkers of Osteoarthritis”. More than 40 teachers and PhD students of TNMU took part in the event.



The previous lecture from the series “Cell Therapies in Regenerative Medicine” was delivered on April 25, 2023. Lecturer Dr. Karina Wright is a Senior Researcher and Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Bioengineering who manages the Applied Regenerative Medicine course at Keele University (UK). She also works at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital.

The course of lectures was initiated and started on March 7, 2023 by Dr. Oksana Kehoe, Head of the Rheumatology Research Laboratory at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital (RJAH) in Oswestry and Director of Postgraduate Research, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Keele University (UK).

The first lecture, devoted to rheumatoid arthritis, was entitled “Cell Therapy for Rheumatoid Arthritis”.
The series of lectures is planned to resume in the fall semester 2023-2024.
