TNMU Students Organized the Concert “The More Languages You Know, the More You are a Human”

As part of the Foreign Languages Week, a festive concert was held with the participation of students and teachers of the department. The hosts of the event were students Maryna Hasanova and Roman Vykhovanets (MM-103).

The concert began with the student anthem “Gaudeamus”, which was performed by the students of group MM-101 together with the audience.

The concert program included a number of interesting performances: students sang songs (“Ave Maria”, “Mirabile futurum”, “Skyfall”, “What a wonderful world”, “Hallelujah”, Time for us”, “Hit the road Jack”, “Baby Shark”), told jokes and recited poems (“Lorelei” by Heinrich Heine, “IF” by Rudyard Kipling, Sonnet One Hundred and Thirty by William Shakespeare) and even made a fun performance of the “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” fairy tale.

With great gratitude for the peace and protection of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, all the guests performed the national anthem of Ukraine in English.

The Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Professor Nadiya Fedchyshyn, thanked all the participants and guests for a wonderful event.
