Student Halloween Meeting at TNMU Mental Health Center
The TNMU Mental Health Center hosted a themed meeting dedicated to Halloween, organized by psychologist Yuliia Venher. The event aimed to combine education, interactive activities, and increased student awareness of mental health.

The program was rich and diverse:
Discussion: “What is Depression?”: Students actively shared their thoughts, asked questions, and listened to expert explanations.
“Guess the Illness” Game: This interactive activity helped participants learn about various mental health conditions through engaging discussions.
Mindfulness Practice: Students experienced calmness and focus, learning techniques to manage stress better.
Depression Screening and Discussion: Participants took a depression test and reflected on their results, emphasizing the importance of regular mental health care.

The event had a warm and relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by a festive Halloween theme.
“This event was a great opportunity not only to learn more about psychological aspects of our lives but also to feel part of a supportive community,” shared one participant.
